WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
3-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 medium green pepper
3 medium carrots
3 to 4 stalks celery
10 to 12 radishes
1 medium cucumber
1 medium red onion
1 TBLsp. garlic salt
dash of salt

WHAT TO DO:
Chop all ingredients, except cream cheese, in blender with a small amount of water. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Mix with cheese. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. Serve with crackers or veggies.
