INGREDIENTS:
Romaine Lettuce
String cheese (mozzarella)
Roasted almond slices
Cucumbers
Tomatoes (cherry, halved)
Black olives (optional)
Poppyseed Dressing (preferably Brianna's brand)

WHAT TO DO:
Chop one bunch of romaine lettuce. Mix in tomatoes (about 1/2 tub), 1 or 2 chopped cucumbers, 5 or 6 pieces of string cheese (cubed), 1/2 cup sliced almonds (or more, for more "crunch"), 1 cup dressing (use more or less depending on personal preferance) and 1/2 can black olives, sliced. Toss and serve.

Notes: To make ahead and save salad, do not mix the tomatoes and dressing. Only add them to the individual salads. The salad will keep better without those ingredients.
