INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flaked coconut
2/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
WHAT TO DO:
At first stir the flour along with sugar. Afterwards cut in butter not until the given mixture is crumbly. Press this mixture into an 8-inch square-Cookie pan. It should be baked at 375° during 15 to 20 minutes. Now it is time for mixing coconut, syrup, and salt.
You should allow some time for the coconut to absorb most of the syrup; stir the consistence frequently within 10 minutes. Afterwards you should spread over warm crumb crust mixture and leave in the oven within 10 minutes. Once the mixture is ready and still warm cut it into squares.
