INGREDIENTS:
dozen eggs
32 oz. package of hash browns
green peppers if you want
yellow peppers if you want
2 bags of shredded cheese (whichever you prefer)
mushrooms if you want
onion
sausage (any type of breakfast meat)
WHAT TO DO:
Get a 9x13 glass pan and spray with pam, (I used the olive oil, very thinly). Layer the bottom with hash browns add your vegetables first then your meat which ever you choose.
In a separate bowl whip up your dozen eggs and add over the top of step 1.
Now add the cheese for the last layer (I used the cheddar/Monterey jack and I have also used the cheese with spices).
Bake this at 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour ...check periodically to make sure the cheese isn't burning.
